Refund policy
Returns
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please note: If a product arrives in perfect condition and is damaged after delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or return, as responsibility transfers to the customer once the item has been successfully delivered.
Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on tea products.
Refunds on Wrong or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@miou.com.au within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items and packaging.
Once our team has reviewed the information, we will contact you to confirm our decision or request further details. If your claim is approved, we will issue either:

A full refund (including shipping), or

Store credit equal to the value of your purchase.
Refunds or returns will not be offered for items that were delivered in good condition but damaged after receipt.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
