Yamabuki is our premium culinary matcha.
With a delicate blend of fragrant umami and pleasant astringency, Yamabuki is ideal for all culinary creations, including matcha lattes, luxury desserts and cocktails. Culinary matcha is characterised by a stronger astringency compared to ceremonial matcha to stand out against additional ingredients.

Matcha Latte
1. Sift 4g of matcha into a chawan.
2. Pour 50ml of hot water (around 80°C) into the chawan.
3. Using a chasen, whisk vigorously in a W or Z motion for about 30 seconds until a fine foam forms.
4. Use 150ml of milk for an iced matcha, or steam 200ml of milk for a hot matcha.
