Our organic matcha is certified by JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standards of Organic Products) and is cultivated without the use of pesticides or fertilisers.
It is said to be a difficult task to produce high-quality organic matcha, however our matcha has the perfect balance between moderate astringency and a soft sweetness with a lingering umami aftertaste. We recommend this matcha for traditional tea use (Usacha), cold brew and matcha-lattes.
