Yamenotsuyu | Ceremonial Matcha

Ceremonial Grade represents the highest quality in matcha, designed for traditional Japanese tea ceremonies. Crafted from the youngest tea leaves of the first harvest, it undergoes meticulous processing, with stems and veins removed to retain the plant's most nutritious elements for production.

Yamenotsuyu is our finest ceremonial grade matcha.

Suitable for everyday use, Yamenotsuyu creates a liquor with an impeccable harmony between elegant sweetness and a deep, fragrant aroma. We recommend this matcha for Usucha (traditional tea), cold brew and premium matcha lattes.

Organic Matcha | Ceremonial Matcha

Certified by JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standards of Organic Products), our organic matcha is cultivated without pesticides or fertilisers. It is the perfect choice for individuals who prioritise the consumption of organic products.

It is said to be a difficult task to produce high-quality organic matcha, however our matcha has the perfect balance between moderate astringency and a soft sweetness with a lingering umami aftertaste. We recommend this matcha for traditional tea use (Usacha), cold brew and matcha-lattes.

Yamabuki | Culinary Matcha

Culinary Grade matcha is crafted from slightly older tea leaves compared to those used for ceremonial grade. As these leaves undergo the milling process, a deliberate choice is made to retain the stems and veins. This intentional inclusion contributes to the distinctive character of culinary matcha, unveiling a robust and pleasantly astringent flavour profile.

With a delicate blend of fragrant umami and pleasant astringency, Yamabuki is ideal for all culinary creations, including matcha lattes, luxury desserts and cocktails.
